Interflam 2025: FSEU to Present EU Guidelines on EV Recharging Point Fire Safety

We are pleased to announce that Fire Safe Europe (FSEU) will participate in Interflam 2025, the International Conference and Exhibition on Fire Science and Engineering, taking place from 30 June to 2 July 2025 at Royal Holloway, University of London, UK.

FSEU will be present on behalf of the European Commission to showcase the latest EU guidelines on the fire safety of electric vehicle (EV) recharging points in covered car parks, developed under the Sustainable Transport Forum. These guidelines aim to support the safe and fire-resilient deployment of EV infrastructure across Europe.

🔍 The project will be presented through a dedicated scientific poster, highlighting key fire risks, risk assessment approaches, and safety recommendations for planners, designers, and operators.
